Storm will terminate any type of contract with a client if it receives more than three insults or verbal offenses via chat, calls, or emails.

Retaliation against anyone reporting violations or participating in an investigation is strictly prohibited. Any acts of retaliation will be treated as a serious violation of firm policies.
